TRAINING TYPE: the Pignoletto is trained using the Guyot system, whereas the Trebbiano is trained using the “double-arched cane” system
AGEING: natural fermentation with the Charmat Method for 40 days in an autoclave until the desired pressure is reached
ALCOHOL: 12% vol.
COLOUR: light yellow with slight greenish hues, bright and crystalline with fine and persistent grain perlage
BOUQUET: intense aroma with pleasant hints of fresh fruit
FLAVOUR: fresh and savoury on the palate, and also quite soft. It has a faint and gratifying, mildly bitter aftertaste
